The staff guided me on places to visit during my first stay. This spot perfectly suits my needs, with Wi-Fi, a fitness center, pool, spa. I find everything I need here. I keep coming back for every trip.

Our stay at Fairmont was for leisure, lasting three nights. the exceptional service stood out, especially from Veleska during check-in. the fantastic breakfast spread left us full every morning, and the rooftop pool and hot tub were a relaxing afternoon escape. the room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the view of the city was amazing. Fairmont truly sets the standard for hotels.

Great location close to a convention center and with easy access to highways. Room amenities like water bottles and toiletries were a nice touch. the gym and swimming area were fabulous. Best aspects: the friendly staff and prompt room service were outstanding. We loved the Gold experience with amazing food options and an exclusive breakfast area.

We had to avoid lobby restaurants during high traffic conference dates as they were too crowded and did not have many food options. the parking cost is a bit pricey.

Fairmont Gold was worth it. Good large rooms. Clean rooms with lots of room amenities, toiletries and water. Bed and pillows were amazing. Turn down service and regular timely cleaning. Swimming area was great. Gym was big enough, clean with working equipments. The Fairmont Gold lounge had a seperate breakfast area.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
