Our stay at Hilton Guam was enjoyable, highlighted by great service from staff like Glenda at check-in and Dean at the poolside restaurant. However, the room showed signs of age with cleanliness issues, and the breakfast in the Executive Lounge lacked variety. It’s a decent option for a family vacation but could benefit from some updates.

Great ocean view, but room cleanliness needs improvement.

The location is outstanding for beach access, with beautiful views and a park nearby. Friendly staff members, especially at the beach house, made my stay even more enjoyable.

Walking to nearby attractions without a car can become a hassle. The lack of free Wi-Fi and some service inconsistencies diminished the overall experience.

Imagine paying for an ocean view and ending up with a garden view! It's like ordering a lobster and getting a rubber chicken instead—what a letdown!

The pool area was really something else, like a little paradise, with three different pools and a slide for the kids. my family just loved it. And the beach access was super convenient, we rented some snorkel gear and were blown away by all the vibrant sea life right there. it was like diving into an aquarium.

It wasn’t cheap, but still decent for the experience I had.

During my stay, I truly appreciated the stunning views from my room and the easy access to fantastic diving spots nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Glenda, Jnenna, Tim, and Ryan, who made me feel welcomed and provided great recommendations for local experiences. The hotel also housed excellent dining options which made enjoying meals convenient after a long day of exploration.

stayed in an executive room but received poor quality breakfast, like really tough fruit! afternoon tea was merely cakes. expected a beautiful room upgrade since I paid extra—absurd! even had issues at the lounge with staff, acting like I didnt belong. woudl ve been satisfied if only I could've felt special. absoluteley not the luxury I anticipated.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating! Loved that the pool area had a few pools to choose from and a pretty narrow beach nearby. It was easy to get around, with a shuttle every 30 minutes!

Great stay with a large room that was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. The gym is top-notch, with 24-hour access, making it easy to work out at any hour. The outdoor pools, especially the infinity pool overlooking the bay, were stunning. A perfect retreat, despite the need for some maintenance in the rooms.

the hilton is perfectly located near jhenna, ryan, eron, tara, and all the other lovely ladies at the lounge. the private beach is fantastic for soaking up the sun, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. loved having access to the fitness center and spa, making everything so convenient for relaxation.

I loved how I could easily walk to Tumon Bay snorkeling just under a kilometer away, and the beautiful Matapang Beach Park was also nearby for a nice stroll with fantastic views. it made getting around so enjoyable without needing a car. The hotel's excellent restaurants made it easy to enjoy great meals without venturing far, but the bathroom cleanliness could use some attention to enhance the overall experience.
