The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. the bellstaff were especially knowledgeable and assisted us with any questions we had. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the gondola and right in the heart of town. We loved being able to easily explore all that the area had to offer. Additionally, the hot tubs and pool were a fantastic addition to our romantic escape.

One downside was that the room was smaller than we expected. However, the comfortable bed made up for it.

One staff member even remembered us from a previous stay and greeted us with a warm hug. It's little touches like these that make a big difference in the overall travel experience. We felt safe and welcome as solo travelers, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing short of wonderful.

The steaks were cooked to perfection and the wine selection was delightful. The concierge, Nikki, was exceptional and made us feel incredibly welcome. We also loved the picturesque view from our balcony, it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Finally, the pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a day of skiing.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort, which is conveniently located near so many activities that we only had to leave the resort once or twice.
