I did have an unpleasant experience with the valet parking service. There were lots of issues and the hotel manager had to step in to resolve them.

The location of Element was central to all the best tourist attractions and very close to a regional train entry. Our room was relatively large with extras we weren't expecting like a kitchen. the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we had some time to kill before leaving for the airport, the lobby had big areas available with tables and couches where we were able to hang.
