The location was superb, just steps away from key attractions. The staff made check-in swift and easy, and breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options.

Valet parking was disorganized, leading to significant wait times for my car. Additionally, the limited variety during breakfast made my mornings feel repetitive.

Parking was a nightmare. checking in was stressful due to congestion. We waited far too long for our car at checkout, with no organization evident in the valet process. Despite budgeted $60 for valet, we ended up paying $70 and still waiting over an hour for our vehicle, which was extremely frustrating.

The location was superb, just steps away from key attractions like the PA Convention Center and Reading Terminal Market. The room offered a kitchenette and clean, modern bathrooms, which made my stay very enjoyable. Also, I loved the evening social hour with complimentary refreshments. The staff were professional and responsive, making my time there feel comfortable and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the street noise was quite disruptive during the night. There were instances when I felt I could hear everything from the neighbors and the corridor. I also found the towels and bedding lacking in quality. Additionally, valet parking was quite pricey—over $70 for just one night, which felt excessive.

We loved our stay, especially enjoying the amazing complimentary breakfast. The atmosphere was perfect for families, with a delicious variety of options. Spending some time cycling around Philadelphia was a hit with the kids, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

My wife says that the parking situation could be improved.

the hotel was really amazin, super clean and modern, loved the big windows with city views. the staff was soooo friendly and helped us with check-in in no time. breakfast was delish and had a lot of choices. the kitchen in the room was well stocked so it was really comfy for us. location was perfect to walk to all the sights in the city.

but the valet service was a mess and took way too long to get our car. also, the bathroom couldve been cleaned a bit better, found some stray hairs.
