Beautiful scenic views of the lake and its volcanoes. Relaxing jacuzzi and heated pool. Friendly and efficient staff who are always willing to help and provide excellent service. Delicious home-cooked food and a wonderful selection of drinks. Rooms are spacious and clean with lovely balconies.

Spent the most magical Christmas at this incredible hotel! the views were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking vistas of the volcanoes and the beautiful Lake. the gardens were like a paradise, filled with a variety of plants and flowers. Loved relaxing in the hot tub and pool on the deck, enjoying the amazing scenery. Perfect location, close to all the key attractions and excursions. the room was lovely, with a view of the garden, and the hotel itself had a rich historical significance with its antiques and artwork. Truly a glorious place that I highly recommend!

The hotel's location on the shores of one of the world's most wonderful lakes surrounded by majestic volcanoes is simply breathtaking. The view from my room was spectacular, and I was able to enjoy it even more while relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi area. The extensive pristine gardens added a touch of luxury to my stay, and I loved being able to wander through them and admire the exotic birds. Additionally, the hotel's on-site restaurant was a convenient and delicious option, especially since restaurants were not close by. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with excellent service throughout my stay.

We are thrilled to enjoy the most incredible views of an amazing lake with breathtaking volcanic surroundings. The stunning gardens impress with their well-maintained botanical collection. We find the restaurant to be fantastic, and the food is always mouth-watering. We love the comfortable and spacious rooms offering peace and tranquility away from our busy lives.

We found the hotel's Wi-Fi to be slow and frustratingly difficult to access, needing to sign in continually.

The hotel had a breathtaking pool and beautiful gardens. the interior was impressive and well-maintained. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was surprisingly quiet, and it was easy to take tuk-tuks or water taxis for tours around the lake. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the drinks and snacks served by the pool were delicious.

The front desk could have been more helpful in giving advice and directions for local attractions. They seemed more interested in selling their own tours than offering recommendations for external tours.

A hidden gem with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The authenticity of the local artwork and decor added to the charm. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were accommodating. I had a wonderful experience at this lakeside retreat.

The view of the lake and surrounding volcanoes was absolutely breathtaking. the hotel's gardens were immaculate and added to the overall beauty of the property. One of the best aspects was the on-site restaurant, which offered delicious food. It was a convenient option as there weren't many other restaurants nearby.

Some of the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were rude, which was disappointing. the service in the restaurant varied and wasn't consistent.

Spent an amazing Easter weekend with my family in a gorgeous hotel surrounded by nature. We loved the complimentary Easter egg hunt organized for the kids, and the Easter brunch was truly delicious. the hotel's view of the lake and volcanos is breathtaking, and the outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed taking the tuk-tuk to the nearby town and exploring the local markets.

The food at the hotel restaurant was not up to par with our expectations. Some dishes were bland and overpriced.
