Great hotel. The room was smaller than expected, but the kitchenette was functional with a dishwasher and washing machine. The pool was decent, although the hot tub was out of order. It would be nice to have room service instead of menus. it was a good experience and I would stay there again. The location was convenient and the staff, although not very welcoming, didn't ruin our stay. The breakfast was great and the hotel had a nice ambiance. Despite some minor drawbacks, I still recommend this hotel.

Hidden fees and charging $350 for incidentals upon check-in was unacceptable. the bathroom had no ventilation, which was inconvenient and potentially dangerous for young children.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facility was very nice and just what we needed. Everything was clean, from the newly renovated rooms to the bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent and provided a great start to the day. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. We loved the convenient location, close to everything in a nice area. It was especially helpful for us as we were in the Melville area for a family funeral.
