The hotel has fantastic amenities including a 24-hour gym, hot and cold baths, a sauna, and an indoor swimming pool. They also offer free bicycles during the day and a shuttle bus to Shinjuku station. The location is great with many nearby restaurants and within walking distance to Shinjuku shopping area. The pillow selection in the room is also a nice touch.

I recently stayed at Hilton Tokyo for 5 nights. The hotel offered a convenient airport bus directly to the doorstep, making it easy for me to get to and from the hotel. The location was excellent, with a shuttle bus to Shinjuku station every 20 minutes, perfect for getting around the city. The rooms on the upper floors had magnificent city views, and the attached underground shopping arcade had everything I needed, including a 24-hour convenience store. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with their English skills. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the rooms were a good size for Tokyo.

Airport limousine bus stops at the hotel first, ensuring a seat. Friendly concierge staff. Shuttle bus every 20 mins to Shinjuku train station. Excellent Japanese restaurant on the second floor. Comfortable rooms with requested firm mattresses. Spacious suite for three. Welcoming and buzzing atmosphere. Lovely December decor. Enjoyable views from the executive lounge. I recently stayed at Hilton in the heart of Shinjuku for three nights on a business trip. The hotel shuttle was incredibly convenient, and the food buffets, especially the dessert buffet, were a must-do. The second-floor cocktail bar offered live music and fantastic cocktails. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and I appreciated the option for a late checkout. Make sure to book dinner and airport shuttles in advance, as they can get booked up quickly. The location was perfect, right near the Tochomae metro station.

Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an Executive King Suite, and our requested rollaway bed was already set up in the room. The front desk staff were excellent and the check-in process was a breeze. The Executive Lounge was a highlight of our stay, with a delicious breakfast spread and friendly, helpful staff. We found it easy to get around, opting to walk to Shinjuku station instead of taking the shuttle. we were impressed with the service and location.
