We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was stunning, with beautiful gardens and a lovely view of the lake. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff at the restaurant were amazing, providing excellent service and delicious food. The seafood soup and breakfast dishes were top-notch. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a great balcony that offered a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed the facilities, including the two large swimming pools and jacuzzi, which were kept clean and refreshing. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

We highly recommend this place to friends and family.

I loved staying at the Banana Palms Hotel! The location right on the lake was stunning, and the grounds were truly a tropical paradise. The view from my room was outstanding, and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the deck. The restaurant served excellent food, and the pools were refreshing and clean. The hotel also offered great activities, like a boat trip to Livingston and a visit to the nearby Ak' Tenamit community development project. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers beautiful views and surroundings, with well-maintained gardens and pools. The rooms are spacious and clean, with daily cleaning service and complimentary bottles of water. The facilities, including two large swimming pools and a jacuzzi, are perfect for relaxation. Breakfast is good, and guests can even swim in the lake or use the free kayaks.
