For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for my family. The location was convenient, close to the airport and restaurants. The staff at the front desk, especially Erica, were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by adding more waffle makers. There was always a line waiting to make waffles, so having multiple waffle makers would make the process faster and more enjoyable.

Despite arriving at 3 am due to travel delays, the shuttle driver and front desk staff were extremely accommodating and got us checked in quickly. They even went above and beyond to help us figure out our next steps and transportation options. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the hotel had a convenient location, being just a few blocks away from a popular venue, Gas Monkey Live. the free parking and easy access to the highway also made it a convenient choice.

The area surrounding the hotel was not the best and was not particularly appealing. There were signs in the parking lot indicating that the hotel was not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles, which gave a slightly concerning impression.

I really appreciated the fresh coffee that was available early in the morning and the delicious breakfast options. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to major highways and the airport. the room was clean, modern, and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was unwilling to remove the charge or provide any proof of the charge being valid. This caused a lot of frustration and wasted time trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
