One thing that could be improved is providing information about the hotel's tipping policy beforehand. We were unaware that a tip would be added to our final bill, which made it awkward when we left tips daily and then had to opt out of the tip at checkout.

Private and serene, with just a few guests around, you'll feel like the entire hacienda is only for you! Extremely well-maintained, all the modern conveniences you need are there. They've got a pleasant and accommodating team who all speak English well, which is a bonus. the location is also convenient, with all the city's attractions within walking distance. You'll have the finest breakfast and room-services in town, complemented by delectable and fluffy pancakes.

The only downside during my stay was that some of the furniture in my room was uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Although there were some minor wear and tear issues, it did not detract from my overall experience at the hacienda.
