I recently attended an event at a hotel and had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for celebrating Onam festival, with beautiful decorations and traditional arti and tika welcoming guests. The staff, like in one of the reviews, was warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with the front desk team being particularly efficient and prompt. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. my stay at this hotel was comfortable and enjoyable.

The only downside was the lack of a view from the room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The Spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing escape from the bustle of the city and left me feeling rejuvenated. The swimming pool was clean and inviting with comfortable lounge chairs for basking in the sun. I indulged in a body scrub and facial at the Treatment room, which left my skin feeling fresh and radiant. The restaurant offered a wide range of delicious options from the buffet breakfast to the BBQ facilities by the pool.

The only negative aspect I encountered was a slight delay in service at the bar/lounge area during peak hours. However, this was minor compared to the overall exceptional experience at this hotel.
