The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The suite was comfortable and had a large bed, perfect for a restful sleep. The food was excellent, with a wide selection of options for both breakfast and dinner, including local cuisines and western dishes. The pool area was stunning, with comfortable sun beds and a beautiful view of the forest. The hotel also offered a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby town.

The staff made us feel really comfortable and were always willing to assist us with anything we needed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location in the jungle was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature. It was a peaceful area of Ubud, yet still conveniently close to the center. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always there to help and provide superb service. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness center, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the staff always had a smile on their faces, making me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay.
