I spent a few days at El Convento Boutique and it was an incredible experience. The rustic feel with modern features gave the hotel a unique charm. The location was perfect for exploring the ruins and shops in the area. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and a must-try. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, providing a beautiful atmosphere. The spacious and comfortable room was impeccably clean. The shower and bathroom were top-notch, with amazing water pressure. The TV was large and the fridge was very useful. a first-class hotel experience.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main square. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with both rain showers and baths. the hotel was charming and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There were a few small issues that detracted from the overall experience. the toiletries provided were not branded, making it difficult to know what exactly we were using on our bodies.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful community lounge area and a refreshing pool. The staff was incredibly friendly, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast provided was delicious. It was easy to explore this city, as it was in great walking distance from many attractions, including the central plaza. we had a wonderful experience.

The hotel itself was stunning and well-maintained. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. One of the best aspects was its key location, close to everything we wanted to visit. Additionally, the spacious rooms and comfortable furnishings were a major advantage.

Sadly, the staff fell short in certain areas. There were a couple of instances where they needed extra prompting to get things done.

I had the most wonderful stay at an elegant and comfortable hotel in Antigua. The hotel, located in what seems to be an old Convent, exudes a sense of timelessness that adds to the charm of the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I even had a hot tub on my patio. The breakfast, included in my room rate, was absolutely delicious. The common areas were beautifully decorated, creating an elegant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff, especially Sean Carlos at the front desk, were attentive and helpful. I can't wait to return to this magical property and town. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Antigua.

The hotel was beautiful and elegant, with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were unfailingly helpful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great, within easy walking distance of everything and with the option of dining on the roof terrace. The private garden with jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus.

I recently stayed at El Convento Boutique Hotel for two different trips and I couldn't recommend it more. Both the Bella Epoca and Doña Anica rooms were incredibly comfortable, with huge beds and bathrooms. The courtyard with jacuzzi and fireplaces added a romantic touch to our stay. The beautiful architecture, attentive staff, and perfect location were outstanding. The hotel also offers a great view from the terrace over the volcanoes. The water station with sweet treats and their accommodation of my allergies were additional highlights.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
