We had a fantastic weekend break at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect, close to many main attractions and with a hop-on, hop-off stop right outside. The room was clean and spacious, and the pool was a great size. The bar staff were friendly and the burgers at Gilrays Steakhouse were the best. Highly recommended!

Just steps away from the iconic attractions of London, we were able to enjoy breathtaking views and explore the city effortlessly. the staff at this hotel were truly amazing and made our stay even more memorable. From the warm greetings to their helpful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we loved the large and comfortable shower in our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was wide and beautifully designed, providing amazing views of the river Thames, Big Ben, and the London Eye. We felt like tourists without leaving the country. The hotel facilities, especially the large swimming pool, were excellent. The staff, including Martin and Mercedes, were friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcome. The location of this hotel was ideal, right in the center of all the major sites and close to some tourist attractions and archaeological sites. Breakfast, served at Gilrays, offered a good choice of hearty hot and cold options.

Polite and incredibly helpful receptionist who provided excellent service.

The value for money was great, with a newly refurbished, clean and bright room that offered excellent views of the Thames. The location was superb, close to many favorite places and easily accessible by tube or boat. The staff were always helpful and attentive.

This hotel is in a prime location, with easy access to Westminster Abbey, Parliament, the London Eye, St James Park, and other major attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with beautiful views of the city. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed in the comfort of the room.

The breakfast served in room service can be dry as it is kept in a hot cupboard for a while before delivery.

The value for money at Marriott was great, with extremely comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The hotel's prime location allowed us to explore the city easily, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.

The morning meal could use some improvement with more attentive staff and ensuring all tables have cutlery and tea is served hot.

I enjoyed my stay at Marriott County Hall, where I used my Marriott points for a luxurious experience. The room was well-decorated with high ceilings and a comfortable king-sized bed. The executive lounge access was a delightful perk for breakfast and evening treats. The location, right at Westminster Bridge and a few blocks from Waterloo Station, made exploring London convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
