I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes away from restaurants, a movie theater, and even a Walmart for all my needs. The pool was a great size and there was a beautiful walking trail/park right behind the hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, the night shift desk attendant, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. She gave me great recommendations for things to see and do in the area.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in the West Monroe area. My purpose for travel was leisure, and I stayed for two nights. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a couple of minutes away from restaurants, a movie theater, and a Walmart. The pool was a great size, and there was even a walking trail/park behind the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the variety of fragrances in the shower gels, conditioners, and shampoos provided. The staff, especially the front desk receptionist, were friendly and accommodating.

I gotta say, I got a lot of bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was super clean and spacious, and it even had a microwave, which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfy and the AC was on, so the room felt just right when we walked in. The hotel's location was great too - just a quick drive away from all the restaurants, movie theater, and even a Walmart. They even had a nice pool and a beautiful walking trail/park behind it. Oh, and the staff was so friendly, especially the front desk receptionist who went above and beyond to make our stay great. She even upgraded our room to a suite at the same price when our initial booking got messed up.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement. I really missed having a waffle iron to make a delicious, hot waffle in the morning.

I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in West Monroe. The hotel was sparkling clean and well-maintained. The breakfast room attendant, Judy, made sure we had plenty of delicious food to start our day, including mouthwatering cinnamon rolls. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions to explore. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As guests with families, we loved the soft and cushioned floors in the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, just like the one we have at home. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and polite staff. the facilities, including the rooms, were well-maintained and spacious. the hotel was conveniently located with easy access to restaurants and local shops.

The water in the hotel was brown, which was a major inconvenience and made it impossible to use the facilities properly. the bathtub had paint peeling off, which was unappealing and made me uncomfortable using it.
