I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect with all major sites within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about local venues and transportation options to nearby cities. The breakfast provided was very good and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The room was clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel had a perfect location to explore the city on foot. It was also conveniently close to Pisa airport. We loved the fact that it was next door to the Yellow Bar restaurant, which served great food. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with staff providing excellent service.

The rooftop bar was overpriced and could get crowded at times.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with key attractions just a couple of streets away. the bed in our room was huge and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty food options to choose from.

The rooms were quite small and lacked natural light due to the windows opening into a covered area. the breakfast coffee could have been improved, and the juice glasses were on the smaller side, requiring multiple trips to the buffet.

We loved this hotel! The location couldn't have been better since we could walk everywhere without feeling overwhelmed by the busy area. The service was top-notch, and the staff was very nice, answering our requests with a smile. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a lovely terrace. The restaurant and bar had delicious food and drinks, and the tour/ticket assistance helped us plan our days.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions in the city. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, which made it less enjoyable to use.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it was an incredible experience. The location of this place couldn't be more central to the best of Florence. It was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to all the great sites of the city. Plus, it's really just a stone's throw from the Cathedral and even an Irish pub for those who require their daily dosage of English football.

While the hotel offers a paid shuttle service and airport shuttle, I would highly recommend this place for families as well.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the main tourist attractions, making it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room had a great balcony with amazing views and the bathroom was very nice with plenty of towels and robes. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to provide recommendations and help. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food and the rooftop views were stunning, all at a fair price.

The area surrounding the hotel is quite touristy, so if you're looking for an authentic meal, you may have to walk a bit further.
