The hotel had a great location with a shopping mall and restaurants nearby. It was also an easy drive from O'Hare airport. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel valued and appreciated. the rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a restful night's sleep.

The ventilation system in the rooms was noisy and would clang every time it cycled, which was quite disruptive. the bathrooms were small, which made it a bit cramped to move around.
