I got great value for my money at the hotel with its incredible view and excellent spa. The room was top-notch with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The location in Santa Fe was perfect, with nearby shopping malls and convenient access to fitness studios. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the pleasant atmosphere at the terrace and the option to work at the restaurant/bar.

The only thing that could have been better about the breakfast items was a wider variety.

The staff worked diligently to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent service and making me feel welcome. The amenities were top-notch, with a luxurious bathroom and a delightful lavender roll-on for relaxation. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The food was also impressive, and I can't wait to try the dishes at the highly acclaimed Market restaurant on my next visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly rejuvenating experience.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the attentive and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Additionally, the sleek and spacious property provided a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. the beautiful views of the surrounding valley and city were an added bonus. Furthermore, the hotel's convenient location in a plaza with fancy restaurants made it easy to explore and find dining options.

There were a few aspects that were not as satisfactory. the absence of a pool was disappointing, as I enjoy swimming as part of my leisure activities.

The staff, especially Mr. Octavio, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the modern and clean rooms. They were spacious and provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal as it was close to the convention site, making it convenient for attending any events or meetings. Lastly, I really enjoyed the excellent service provided by the staff, from the friendly front desk to the efficient breakfast service.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't quite enjoy. there were some unauthorized charges during check-out for water and tips that we didn't authorize, which caused some inconvenience.
