We had a fantastic one night stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in beautiful gardens. Despite the weather, we couldn't help but appreciate the charm of the 28 acre garden. The service was exceptional, with personal attention and a staff member going out of their way to help us with the wood burning stove. The spa facilities were fabulous and included in the price. We had one of the best massages we've ever had! The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good choice and the option to ask for extras. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were outstanding.

Our room was beautifully furnished and well-appointed, with attention to detail and high-quality amenities. The friendly staff provided exceptional service, ensuring our every need was met. The breakfast, enjoyed out in the garden area, was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The outdoor hydrotherapy pool and fire pit added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The hotel's garden could benefit from a bit more care and attention, as some areas seemed slightly neglected.

The breakfast was fabulous, with a wide selection of delicious food. I only wish I had more time to explore the stunning gardens, but I will definitely be back to do so on my next visit.

We had a lovely Easter break at this Cotswolds gem. the spa facilities were excellent, and the privacy of the garden room was amazing. We appreciated the complimentary blankets and loved chilling outside in the walled patio area. the hotel was ideally located for exploring the beautiful neighbouring areas.

Although the room was generally clean, some areas needed further attention. We noticed dust on some surfaces, and there were a couple of stains on the bed linens.

We had a wonderful stay at Barnsley House! The spacious and light room in the stables courtyard was like a converted barn, and the formal manicured gardens were perfect for strolling. The spa was a great place to relax, and the village pub, owned by the hotel, offered delicious dinners. The breakfast and lunch were amazing, and we loved playing tennis in the hidden court. The service was impeccable, and we even took the e-bikes for a spin to Bibury. A perfect stay!
