Housekeeping was attentive but check-in was delayed.

The spacious Park Suites Tower room had a kitchen and dining area that was perfect for relaxing after long days. Breakfast offered a decent variety, and I had a wonderful view from my room.

Check-in process took ages, especially for elevators.

The heated pool area was a perfect retreat after a long day exploring nearby restaurants and bars. The breakfast, while decent, could benefit from more variety, but the staff's attentive service truly made a difference.

The spacious Superior Double room was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help. However, the elevator system felt outdated and could use a refresh. Cleanliness was up to par, although the food options didn't always impress. The surrounding area offers great entertainment and eateries.

The room offered a spacious and clean environment, with a comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a good night's rest. Helpful staff facilitated quick check-out and were available to assist with various needs, like arranging a Grab taxi. However, some areas need attention. the elevators, particularly on higher floors, showed signs of wear, and dinner options in the buffet restaurant could be improved as some dishes appeared unappetizing. Quick access to nearby restaurants was a plus, as were the natural cut fries that stand out in the menu.

Spacious Superior Double or Twin Room with air conditioning and a comfy seating area. Enjoyed the well-equipped private bathroom featuring a jacuzzi and complimentary toiletries. The heated pool and kids' pool were great. Impressive breakfast selection, especially the pancakes. The staff was super helpful. Perfect for wedding preps with enough space for suppliers!

The buffet had a rich selection breakfast, staff were super friendly like they really cared. The hotel was grand in design, clean rooms every day, and the view was awesome except the sliding door was locked for safety.

Exceptional service made our stay memorable. Spacious room with a lovely view of the pool. The food options were delightful, especially at Century Tsukiji. Can't wait to return!
