The room accommodation was excellent, and the staff, particularly Kat and Mara, were extremely friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the executive lounge, which had great service. Kathleen even assisted us with our boarding passes. The location was very accessible, with malls nearby. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and the Christmas decorations were superb. The staff were happy and accommodating, and the security personnel ensured our safety. a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The staff were always accommodating and courteous, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a central control system for the AC, TV, and lights. The pool and Jacuzzi were accessible and private, even late in the evening. The buffet-style breakfast had a great variety of options, including Taho and Yogurt. The elevators were never crowded, and the hotel location was convenient with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.
