For the price, you can't go wrong at Vista Al Cerro. The room was massive, with a huge TV and a hot shower, which is rare in Central America. The location was perfect and the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast choices could be better, especially the portion size and the temperature of the fried bananas.

The location of the hotel was excellent, within a short walking distance to all the sights in the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing prompt check-in and assistance throughout our stay. The room was clean and had a nice fan to keep us cool. We appreciated the small touches such as washcloths and complimentary water in the room. The rooftop terrace offered a great view and was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

We encountered a few minor issues during our stay. The shower faucet was a bit tricky to use, but eventually, we were able to get warm water.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Its location in the city centre was perfect - I could easily walk to two main plazas and explore the charming streets of this city. The staff were all very kind and really helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely rooftop terrace offering a great view of the volcano. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the daily cleaning service was thorough. The breakfast provided was good, and the airport shuttle service they offered was convenient and affordable.

ventilation could be improved

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the main plazas. The view of the nearby volcano adds to the charm of the location. The room was spacious and clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The wifi connection was reliable, making it convenient to stay connected. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and even arranged a taxi for us.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of windows in the rooms, restricting the view of the outside world.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the shared bathroom situation. Although I had a private room, the fact that the bathroom was shared and had a door connecting to my room was a bit inconvenient.

They even provided wash cloths and water, which was a nice touch. the bathroom was regularly cleaned and the shower had hot water. the rooftop terrace offered a fantastic view of Fuego. the reception staff was friendly and available until late, making check-in smooth. the location was perfect as I could easily walk to all the attractions. it was a chill and quiet space for a centrally located hotel.
