I recently stayed at Intergate and had a lovely experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with the castle, garden, and peace park all within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the onsen was a great way to relax. I especially appreciated the afternoon tea and complimentary happy hour offered by the generous staff. They even allowed us to check in early. a wonderful stay with block out blinds!

Disappointed terrace closed early.

The hotel is almost brand new, so everything was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food. I especially loved the complimentary wine and cocktails during happy hour. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants in Hatchibori. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was such a nice experience. the rooftop dining area and happy hours offered free wine and snacks which was amazing. the location was perfect, close to shops and eating places, as well as the sightseeing bus stop. Plus, the room had all the necessities including plush, new towels.

Although the breakfast had a good selection, the hot food was never really hot and the line was pretty long. the air conditioning/heat unit was hard to operate and quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
