The hotel had a great location, right across the road from a mega mall. It was convenient for shopping and dining options. Additionally, the room service staff were nice and accommodating.

The experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. the front desk staff were highly unprofessional and lacked coordination.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, just steps away from a major shopping mall, and there were plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and strong wifi. I loved the spaciousness of the rooms, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen. The view from my room was amazing, and the pools on the higher floors were a great way to relax. The staff, especially Rachelle, were kind and helpful throughout my stay.

Conveniently located near a shopping mall and grocery store, with a 7-Eleven nearby. The pool was available, although the chlorine level was high. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was good. The rooms had a stove, microwave, fridge, and utensils. The staff was helpful and helped me find a taxi at 2am.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's right in the heart of the shopping district, with a huge mall just across the street. We loved being able to easily access all the stores and computer shops we needed. The hotel had all the amenities we could ask for, including a spacious patio area where we could relax and enjoy the view. The free WiFi in the rooms was a great bonus, especially since we brought our laptops with us. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, even reminding us of our check-out time and accommodating our requests. this place was a great value for money and a perfect spot for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a mall just steps away and other malls in the area to explore. It was very convenient for shopping and dining. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Ms. April who was very helpful during our stay. Check, in and check, out were smooth, and the security personnel and housekeeping staff were also helpful. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay.

The cleanliness of the room was a disappointment. the flooring felt sticky and there were biscuit crumbs left under the dressing table.

Fantastic location with easy access to shopping and dining options. The convenience of having a mall nearby is unbeatable. We especially loved the option to choose between an indoor lap pool or an outdoor lagoon pool for a refreshing swim.

While the room was generally clean, we did notice a few minor issues. There were some leftover crumbs below the dressing table, and we encountered ants on the dining table.
