Stayed at GHM in Santa Margherita for a week. Beautiful location with helpful staff who booked dinner reservations and arranged a taxi to the train depot. The spacious room had a high-pressure walk-in shower, a rare find in Italy. Upgraded on arrival, the room had a walk-in closet and a free mini-bar. The service and attention to detail were superb, and we enjoyed the SPA facilities and clean pool. a fabulous hotel experience.

We were delighted with our stay at this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and town center. The hotel gardens and pool areas were stunning, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool instead of the crowded beach. The staff was exceptional, from the friendly reception to the helpful pool staff. Our room had a lovely sea view and the turn down service was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and the prix fixe dinners were excellent. We also appreciated the pathway through the garden and the scenic walk to Portofino. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

We loved the unbeatable location of this hotel, right on the water with easy access to the beach. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a super-new restaurant and swimming pool that were beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The staff provided perfect service and the food was great. The hotel itself exuded charm and historical flair, with a lobby that must be one of the world's nicest. The views from the terrace and rooms were breathtaking, with a perfectly framed view of the sea and a beautiful park. The hotel's cleanliness and the comfortable beds made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's convenient location with a bus stop outside made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas, including the nearby Portofino.

Nothing not too like.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spectacular views from my room and the friendly service provided by the staff. the room was clean and comfortable, and the veranda offered a breathtaking view. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily walk to nearby attractions. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in providing recommendations and making reservations for dinner.

One downside was the noise from the road, although it wasn't a major issue when the windows were closed. Additionally, I would have liked to have coffee or tea facilities in the room for added convenience.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning and the restaurant deserves a Michelin star for its incredible dinner menu. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was near the end of the boardwalk, allowing for great nightly strolls. The room I stayed in was unbelievably comfortable and had a beautiful garden view. The on-site pool was perfect for relaxing, and they even had someone available to give advice on the best chairs to use and bring drinks and snacks. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious, and the massages at the spa were top-notch. the service at this hotel was impeccable and I did not want to leave.
