We recently stayed at a resort in Guatemala and had a great experience! The pool was huge and the location was outstanding. We enjoyed being surrounded by a mix of international guests and it was fun to watch the boats come and go. The grounds were expansive and we appreciated the large green areas, which were perfect for a game of catch. There was plenty of space for families and larger groups. We also liked the security; we felt safe throughout our stay.

There were a few negatives. The staff were not very helpful and sometimes seemed annoyed when we asked for assistance.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and was impressed with the exclusive amenities it offered. The luxurious swimming pool was surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxation. The garden area provided a tranquil environment that was a perfect escape from the busy city life. The spa centre and massage were first-rate, providing exceptional service.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited menu options, but the special diet menus were a pleasant surprise. The hotel's restaurant had a delicious dinner, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for an evening cocktail.
