The hotel's location was great as it was close to the waterfront and you could easily rent bikes to explore the area. the pool area was also nicely maintained and inviting. the New Year's celebration organized by the hotel was lively and enjoyable.

The rooms were not well insulated and were constantly noisy due to traffic and dogs barking. the breakfast options were limited and not very appealing, and the lack of hand towels was inconvenient.

The hotel is well-located, just a short distance from the first port of the beautiful Bacalar lagoon. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a helpful folder upon arrival with information on tours and attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool area is a lovely place to relax. Additionally, some rooms even come with a hammock, perfect for lounging in the afternoons.

The breakfast provided at the hotel is quite simple, with just a basic omelet each day.
