The staff was attentive and the food was delicious. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the airport and providing easy access to other areas of the city. It was a great advantage for us during our stay.

The check-in process was frustrating. They insisted on payment before allowing me to go up to my room, even though my company had already paid for my stay.
