This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of old San Juan, just one block from Plaza de Armas. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a large grocery store and pharmacy across from the Plaza. We loved starting our day at El Meson, right across from the Plaza, for coffee, muffins. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags before check-in and providing us with a walking tour of all the main sites in old San Juan. Our room was well appointed, cute, and cozy, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel also offers breakfast, although it was basic and not very good. our stay was really nice and we greatly appreciate the service provided by Vito and the staff. The dinner menu is definitely worth checking out - delicious!

As business guests, we loved the spacious hotel room with TWO balconies, perfect for relaxation after a long day. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations and arranging quick taxis for us. They even allowed us to check our bags in early so we could start our day right away. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to explore the old fort and go shopping. The bed and linens were fantastic, and the bathroom and shower were top-notch. We also appreciated the kitchenette and the quiet atmosphere. The three remote-controlled ceiling fans were a nice touch, and we enjoyed spending time on the lovely rooftop terrace. the facilities, room, location, and staff deserve a perfect 10/10 rating.
