I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces, making me forget about the bad feeling of getting lost. The river front room was spacious, clean, and just as pictured. The two ceiling fans kept the temperature comfortable for sleeping at night. The hammock on the porch provided a secluded spot for relaxing. The hotel's location next to the river was perfect, offering a beautiful setting and easy access to the boardwalk through the jungle to the town. The hotel also provided transportation services, making it easy to explore the area. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, location next to the river, and the helpful staff were the best aspects of my stay.

The staff, especially Angela and Ruby, are welcoming, professional, and helpful. They made our stay special and assisted us with every aspect of our trip, including arranging transportation and day trips.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that all your needs are met. They also organized transportation for me to visit nearby attractions. this place exceeded my expectations and I can't recommend it enough.

My family and I stayed at this lovely waterfront hotel for a week and we had an amazing time. The restaurant deck/dock area had a fun vibe, and the food was very good. The cottages scattered throughout the property offered various options, including waterfront locations. We loved the kayaks that were available free of charge, and the kids absolutely enjoyed them. The hotel also offered boat trips to nearby areas for a fee. The bottomless cup of coffee in the morning and strategically placed drinking water around the property were thoughtful touches. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a great hot shower. We also enjoyed the opportunity to swim in the lake and cool down. The animals on the property, including baby ducks and cats, were a delight to see. The staff was friendly and the owner, Daphne, was a delight to talk to. it was a fantastic experience and we would love to stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at a unique boutique lodge. The bungalows were suspended on the river, creating a stunning and picturesque setting. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront with a beautiful view from the restaurant. The hotel also had a smoking area with chairs, tables, and even a library. I loved the long pier with boats and lights, creating a magical atmosphere. The staff was very nice and always ready to assist. The common bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and my room was comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend staying in the El ranchito bungalow, it was truly a special experience.

Spent Easter weekend at a riverside lodge. the complimentary kayaks and floating docks were fun, and there was a boat ride available for an additional fee that took us to nearby attractions.

The walls of the rooms were very thin, making it hard to get a good night's sleep with other guests in nearby bungalows. check-in was delayed due to transportation issues, and the receptionists spoke little English, which made communication difficult.

The breakfast, coffee, and food were excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The view of the lake was beautiful. Free boat shuttle and pick-up services were provided.

The location of this hotel is absolutely beautiful. Being on the water and surrounded by nature was a highlight of our trip. We also really enjoyed the restaurant deck/dock area, which had a fun and lively atmosphere. Additionally, the free kayaks provided by the hotel were a great bonus and allowed us to explore the river in a unique way.

One major downside of our stay was the noise at night. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated directly across the lake from a busy highway, and the constant noise from trucks crossing the bridge kept us awake at night.
