The exceptional customer service made me feel at home, and the hotel's location above the Laojie subway made exploring Shenzhen effortless. The breakfast was decent and just enough to fuel my busy days.

The staff’s hospitality was superb! ! They even provided an umbrella during a rainy spell. Plus, the breakfast varied daily, offering delightful options to start each day.

The lack of a pool was disappointing for a leisure stay. Additionally, the ground-floor entrance felt unwelcoming. it resembled more of a guarded access point.

The deposit policy isn't clear. it should be specified upfront!!! A lack of shelter between the hotel entrance and the MRT exit is inconvenient during rainy days!!! The overall décor feels plain and uninspired.

The spacious room had a great view and was very clean. The location above Laojie subway station was ideal for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The Specialty King Room was super spacious and cozy for us. The big sofa bed was a nice touch! The room was also spotless, which made me feel at home. But, the breakfast area was a bit small. it could use more room to move around. The location is unbeatable with easy access to shops and the metro! A solid stay, just felt a bit tight during breakfast rush.

Upgrading from a King room to a Specialty King room with a sofa bed was a delightful surprise. the room was immaculate and exuded freshness. The location offered easy access to a vibrant mix of shops and street food, while the metro entrance was conveniently integrated into the building. Breakfast provided a great variety, but the dining area felt a bit cramped and limited. A bit more attention to breakfast space would enhance the experience significantly.

Loved the exceptional breakfast options with a delightful noodle bar and fresh fruit! The location couldn’t be beat, right at Dongmen and close to the metro! Also, shoutout to the wonderful staff who really know how to make you feel at home! !
