Beautiful hotel, delicious food, impeccable service, amazing breakfast, lovely spa and pool.

Almost perfect.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. Right by all the historical sites and easy to walk to nearby shops. The airport representative was a helpful touch. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with excellent facilities and a lovely view. Breakfast was top-notch and service was generally good.

There were some negatives. The cleanliness of the towels and bed sheets was questionable, and the coffee room and bakery services were poor.

Friendly staff, good food, spacious room and comfortable bed. Well-equipped and centrally located. Upgrade and airport pick-up were pleasant surprises. Breakfast buffet was varied and fresh.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the restaurant, including Puja and Anil, were incredibly cooperative and made us feel at home. The food served at the hotel was superb with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location was also ideal, being situated next to clubs and surrounded by bachelor's, and transportation was easily accessible. the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were commendable. The parking arrangements were also convenient.

Everything was spot on and we had no complaints during our stay.

The hotel offered a range of amenities that added to the romantic escape experience. the room was well-appointed with all the necessary facilities, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the location of the hotel was also excellent, being situated in the heart of the city, close to various tourist attractions and romantic spots. Another advantage was the attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the room service was slow and often took longer than expected to deliver our orders.

During my recent stay at The Lalit Great Eastern, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention to detail. The buffet breakfast and dinner were simply amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff, especially the courteous and authentic Kolkata touch, made me feel right at home.

The breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of delicious Indian food and pastries. I also enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms, and the central location was great for exploring. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Our stay was amazing! The staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was beautiful and clean, and the food was delicious. The key location was perfect for exploring the city, and we also enjoyed the ease of getting to and from our destinations with our excellent driver.

The only downside was that the breakfast options were limited, and there weren't any other good hotels within walking distance. our experience was incredible, and we would 1,000% stay here again.

Excellent reception on day 1, changed rooms promptly. Helpful concierge, offered restaurant suggestions and aided in taxi trouble. Hotel car provided comfortable transport with English-speaking driver. Fabulous breakfast with wide variety of quality food. Perfect end to our India tour.

I particularly appreciated their attentiveness when I was having trouble connecting to the wifi in my room. Within minutes, someone was calling to offer their assistance. This level of customer service truly made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, the rooms were beautifully decorated, and the pricing was reasonable. I would confidently say that I would stay here again without hesitation. I highly recommend The Lalit for a wonderful hotel experience.

This hotel is a true treasure. the luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness center provided a peaceful atmosphere, and the massage options were amazing. the outdoor swimming pool was an ideal spot to soak up the sun. the barbeque grills were a unique experience, adding an extra touch to the spacious and welcoming environment. the room was equipped with exclusive advantages, making me never want to leave the comfort of the elegant setup.

Although this hotel is exceptional, I did have one minor issue. the packed lunches made it challenging to navigate the restaurant when it was crowded, as the layout was slightly cramped.
