The staff at Les Rocquettes took on additional roles during staff shortages, showing exceptional attentiveness and support. The hotel offers a choice between a comfortable dining room and an atmospheric bar for meals. The health center with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym is a great addition.

Although there were some cons, including a forgotten breakfast order and undercooked eggs, we understand that such problems can occur. The hotel’s response, however, could have been better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with both the gym and pool being spotless and not overcrowded. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the on-site bar, where I enjoyed delicious and reasonably priced food. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide selection of options, including eggs Benedict and a full English, all included in the stay. Additionally, the location was convenient as it was within walking distance to the city center and had easy access to transportation options, including a nearby bus shuttle.

We had a lovely stay at Les Rocquettes. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The pool was great, and there was a baby changing area too. Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. The dinner, desserts, and breakfast were all delicious. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore. a wonderful stay!

The hotel had excellent accommodation and service. The staff were friendly and efficient, always going the extra mile to accommodate our requests. The breakfasts were great with a wide variety of options, including choices for vegans and vegetarians. The hotel also had a lovely pool and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to the town centre and its attractions either by walking or using the convenient bus service.

That the lift broke down during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient for my mother-in-law who has leg problems. Though we managed to climb the stairs to our room, having a working lift would have been much easier for her.

The hotel is conveniently located close to local buses, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. it is situated down the hill, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the bustling town centre. The neighboring restaurant adds an extra convenience for dining options.

One downside is that some guests have mentioned the lack of a courtesy bus during their stay, which could have been helpful considering the hotel's position on a busy road.

We had a great stay at Les Rocquettes - the staff were polite and attentive, and the hotel's main areas, including the bars and restaurant, were fantastic. The swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub were clean and not too busy. The gym was also well-maintained. Our room had convenient amenities like a trouser press, fridge, and tea-making facilities, along with complimentary toiletries. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring and there was even a Waitrose nearby for any additional needs. We would definitely return on our next visit to Guernsey.

A note was later delivered to our room, but it would have been better to have been informed at check-in. the music from the wedding stopped at midnight as promised, but the lack of prior knowledge was a bit inconvenient.
