We had a delightful stay at this charming hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and chair lift every morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including gluten-free alternatives. The swimming pool was a nice addition, and the wifi speed was impressive. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location cannot be beaten, situated right opposite the Chevenne Chair Lift up the mountain. It was so convenient to be able to ski straight from the hotel and be right next to the slopes. The hotel is also in the center of the village, so we had easy access to all the shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and even a ski pass vendor on-site. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as heating, a balcony, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

Great location just opposite the lifts and ski school. Super fast check-in and friendly staff. Loved the cozy chalet style decor in the room. The pool and sauna were a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked options.

The room was too small for two people to move around comfortably and the bed was hard. The checkout time was inconveniently early, especially for those who want to take morning ski classes.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the ski stations and slopes. This made it very convenient for us to hit the slopes every day. the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of options to start the day.

One disappointment was the pool and spa facilities. The water in the pool was not warm enough, and the jacuzzi was out of order.

Such a shame they didn't provide rose petal baths and foot massages upon check-in. How disappointing!

The room had a good view and was a good size. We enjoyed the breakfasts at the hotel. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the slopes and ski lift.

The rooms were a bit dated and small. It would have been nice to have the ability to make coffee or tea in the room.
