The staff was super friendly, especially my chommie at check-in who made me feel right at home! The pool area was stunning at night with the lights and definitely a jol for chilling. Had some lekker Haitian food ordered through the hotel, so good!

Only annoying thing was a dodgy shower head. it seemed off for such a nice place.

The buffet price is absurdly high at $45 per person!!! The staff really need to be more vigilant about outside individuals loitering around the premises. Room ventilation could use some serious attention!!!

During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be beautifully designed with stunning artwork that reflects the vibrant culture of Haiti. The pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere, and I enjoyed delicious pastries and sandwiches at the café. my stay exceeded expectations during a walk in the evening, with great views and vibrant atmosphere. the rooms were clean and the staff was accommodating, truly enhancing the experience. this was my second time in port-au-prince, and it was refreshing to enjoy the local art displayed throughout the hotel.

The hotel is in a vibrant area with plenty of nearby activities that kept our small kids entertained. The ambiance by the pool was relaxing and perfect for unwinding after a day filled with adventure. The bar area provided a unique charm that made it enjoyable even during downtime.

The hotel was secure, which is essential when you're in a place like this. One memorable moment was when I asked the front desk for a hot water dispenser, and they quickly provided one, demonstrating their willingness to help.

The room had comfortable beds, which was a nice touch after long days. But the carpets were stained and smelled a bit funky, definitely needed some cleaning. The hot water situation was pretty rough too. I only got it warm on rare occasions. Also, only one elevator was working, which slowed things down in the mornings. The staff was amazing though, super helpful and friendly! Would love to see some improvements.

This was just an appropriate option for a holiday in Port-au-Prince with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff at the bar were exceptional and always made sure my drink was just right. Remember to negotiate prices for activities outside. it can save a lot.
