Lively vibes in Port-au-Prince! 🇭🇹🌴

The staff was super friendly, especially my chommie at check-in who made me feel right at home! The pool area was stunning at night with the lights and definitely a jol for chilling. Had some lekker Haitian food ordered through the hotel, so good!

Only annoying thing was a dodgy shower head. it seemed off for such a nice place.

The buffet price is absurdly high at $45 per person!!! The staff really need to be more vigilant about outside individuals loitering around the premises. Room ventilation could use some serious attention!!!

my stay exceeded expectations during a walk in the evening, with great views and vibrant atmosphere. the rooms were clean and the staff was accommodating, truly enhancing the experience. this was my second time in port-au-prince, and it was refreshing to enjoy the local art displayed throughout the hotel.

The hotel is in a vibrant area with plenty of nearby activities that kept our small kids entertained. The ambiance by the pool was relaxing and perfect for unwinding after a day filled with adventure. The bar area provided a unique charm that made it enjoyable even during downtime.

My kids wished for a larger play area with more activities.

The room had comfortable beds, which was a nice touch after long days. But the carpets were stained and smelled a bit funky, definitely needed some cleaning. The hot water situation was pretty rough too. I only got it warm on rare occasions. Also, only one elevator was working, which slowed things down in the mornings. The staff was amazing though, super helpful and friendly! Would love to see some improvements.

The comfortable beds provided restful nights after a long day, and I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive the bell hop staff were in accommodating my wife's needs. the hotel is very secure which is super important when you're in a city like port-au-prince. the staff are really friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. i liked that there's a small fridge in the room to keep things cold. the pool area is nice to chill out at night with the lights, and i enjoyed the authentic food from the place behind the hotel. also, the wifi was strong and fast, which is a big plus!

unfortunately, the hot water situation was really bad and most of the time it was lukewarm at best. also, the service at the restaurant was kinda slow and overpriced.
