I had a wonderful stay at this stylish hotel, enjoying the comfy beds and great espresso drinks, but the unique glass bathroom design lacked privacy. Definitely returning!

The entertainment staff and nightlife were fantastic! They created a lively atmosphere. The room lacked sufficient lighting, especially in the shower.

The food in the bar was wicked good, especially those pancakes! Staff was polite and helpful, too. Room was cozy but could really use better lighting, like c’mon, how do you do makeup in the dark? Still, that vibe? Top-notch!

We enjoyed our stay as a family, with the spacious King Room accommodating us comfortably. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff made our evenings memorable, especially after a night out at the nearby Fox Theater. The onsite dining options were a hit with the kids, who loved the creative drinks at the bar and the delicious food available.

The unique glass bathroom design offered little privacy, which was a concern for our family.

this hotel is certainly not worth the hype. the air conditioning was ineffective, leaving me literally sweating. the remote for the TV barely worked—how is that acceptable? i woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary upgrade after these disasters but of course, no one offered a thing. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Had the sweetest stay, so personal and warm! America at reception went the extra mile with our room upgrade after our wedding—such a lovely touch. The views of the Fox Theatre clock tower from our room were just wow! What a comfy bed to crash on after a long day! Bliss!

Only bummer was the shower draining slowly—stood in some soapy water when washing my hair.

Had a great stay, but the mini fridge wasn’t cooling, which was a bummer. The vibes and the staff were heaps friendly, though!

Value for money, cleanliness, drainage issue

Loved the vibrant atmosphere and super friendly staff. The valets welcomed us warmly, and we enjoyed a fantastic evening out at the Fox Theater just up the street. Our King Room was spacious enough for the whole family, including our dog, making it a comfy stay.

My kids wished the bathroom wall wasn't glass.
