Rustic and historic charm enhanced our experience.

My biggest issue was the convoluted check-in process. receiving an envelope from a box near the office felt unwelcoming. We encountered insufficient towels upon arrival, and the staff seemed reluctant to provide more when we requested them. Furthermore, the office had a noticeable smell and was in desperate need of an overhaul, making our experience even more disappointing.

absolutely charming place, but the bathroom ceiling was in dire need of some attention, not to mention the pull-out sofa bed which clearly hadn't seen a vacuum in ages. Don't even get me started on the check-in process. I woudl ve been happier with a simple hello rather than an envelope. almost gave them a good review, but just couldn't.

The cabin we had was just perfect, cozy and right in the middle of North Conway and Jackson. The folks runnin' the place were real nice, and everything was clean. Just wish the kitchenette was more than a laughable mini-fridge and coffee maker—had to buy my own dishes. Overall, great folks and a sweet spot.

I enjoyed my stay at the New England Inn & Lodge. The garden suite was a delightful choice for our family with its cozy living space and individual baths.

A small table in the room would have been nice.

The Tuckerman's Tavern on-site had outstanding local cuisine that made dining easy and enjoyable right within the lodge.

The wifi connection was inconsistent during my stay, leading to frequent disconnections that were quite frustrating.

It was just a great match for an overnight stopping in North Conway with decent value for money. The location felt nice and peaceful. we enjoyed having our own space and the kids loved the separate areas with their own baths. Pack some snacks for your stay, as there aren't many options nearby if the on-site dining isn't available.

Just spent 2 nights in this lovely spot. The Moose Crossing suite was huge, super comfy, and had stunning views. Enjoyed tasty meals at Tuckerman’s on-site, but seating was limited during peak hours. Check-in was smooth, but the surrounding area was kinda lonely at night. Overall, a memorable stay in the mountains!

Had a fantastic time in the spacious Garden Suite! Loved Tuckerman's for dinner. food was top-notch. Just wish the room had a bit brighter lighting for reading.
