The hotel is clean and has great facilities. The location is convenient, close to the water taxi and in front of the dive shop. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Exceptionally warm and friendly staff. Helpful and attentive waiters, dive shop personnel, dive leaders, boat captains, front desk staff, kitchen staff. The clinic staff provided great care for my wife's sinus infection. Quiet location with the same seclusion as West End but at a much lower price. Excellent wait staff. Relaxing decks attached to each room.

Everything great.

I just had the most amazing week! the diving was unbelievable, and I even got my nitrox certification with Pete from the RIMs Institute. the staff made check-in a breeze and were super helpful in getting me back underwater with all the gear I needed. Plus, the meals were delicious! I also had a blast exploring the animal park – such a unique experience! the location is perfect for diving and relaxing by the beach.

Honestly, I didn’t have any major complaints. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which made it hard to check in back home, but that's part of being on vacation, right?

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. the attention to detail was remarkable. From the clean and cozy bungalows with comfortable beds, to the deck equipped with a table, swing set, and hammock, everything was well thought out. Plus, the staff were flexible and eager to address any issues, even preparing custom meals for guests with specific dietary requirements. Additionally, the location on the side of the building west of the gift shop on the hill provided rooms with spectacular views. Lastly, the breakfast options were varied and delicious.

Weekend getaway couldn't have been better! the resort was a dream come true! the food was way beyond any expectations, and the dive crew was very well trained. the location and views were breathtaking. the resort had a great organization with every detail addressed with perfection. the educational dolphin encounter was a highlight for us.

We would have preferred the rooms to be a little more accessible, especially for tourists with mobility issues. some of the activities were a bit pricey, but well worth the money.
