The staff at the reception desk was really welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was great and offered everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the amenities that came with it. The continental breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the freshly made pancakes and sausages.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were super friendly and helpful - they made my stay even better! The rooms were spacious and clean, and I especially enjoyed using the bathtub. The breakfast was a highlight - with tons of selections and "real food". excellent value for money.

The location of this hotel was great for families as it was in a quieter area outside of downtown with easy access to many of San Antonio’s sites. The hotel was secure and sound, with free breakfast and drinks and a variety of dinner options. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with fluffy pillows on the bed. The staff was professional and kind, with one staff member assisting older guests with phone navigation. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, and there were evening mixers for guests to enjoy.

Some areas of the hotel, like the elevators and 8th-floor rugs, were found to be dirty in one guest’s experience.

As low-budget travelers, we were thrilled with the free drinks and popcorn from 3 til 10, and the complimentary kick back with food and drinks. The room was incredibly comfortable and we were impressed with the cleanliness. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Drury Plaza Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Despite the high volume of guests staying for spring break and the basketball tournament, the hotel was spotlessly clean. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fun social hour. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, and I loved the convenient access to the pool area. The hotel's design, with secured doors and a garage, was practical and reassuring.

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and we had a great time! the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the evening snack buffet with free drinks, it was a nice touch! the breakfast buffet was also fantastic with plenty of delicious food to choose from. the hotel is located in a great spot, with nice restaurants and shops nearby. We also loved the garage parking option, it made it very easy to come and go.

We were hoping to spend some time relaxing by the pool, but it was just too busy. we would definitely stay here again, the positive aspects far outweigh any negatives.
