Loved the staff, but hot water issues persist.

Ope, gotta say, the breakfast was a real treat! Made-to-order omelettes and a bunch of tasty options each morning. The staff were pretty welcoming too, always there to help out. Room was clean, but that A/C could use an upgrade if ya ask me, it’s either hot or freezing!

During my recent stay, I was delighted by the fabulous breakfast that never got boring, and the helpful, attentive staff who truly made my experience memorable. it's ideally situated less than a 10-minute walk from Galeria Nacional de Arte and almost 2 km to the beautiful Infantil Presentacion Centeno Park, both perfect for a scenic stroll.

Had a boss time relaxing by the huge pool, yeah? The breakfast was spot on with loads of tasty options too! Only downside was the A/C. it was a bit iffy, either freezing or not cold enough. Still, solid stay for me!

Your pricing is a bit high for the quality!!! The pool was out of operation during my visit, and the noise from lobby events is unbearable!!! Attention to room maintenance is essential – I experienced flooding in the bathroom!!!

Had a sweet stay, but the wifi was a bit sketchy. The staff were heaps friendly, and the breakfast was downright delicious with fresh fruit galore!

the staff was super friendly and fluent in English they really helped with all our requests. location was solid too close to Mall Multi Plaza and City Mall got everything you need nearby.

I went there with a group of students for two weeks. Check-in was efficient, and the staff helped us settle in comfortably. The air conditioning was nice after a long journey. The buffet lunch offered good value, and the steak house on the top floor was enjoyable with nice views. On returning after a trip to the rainforests, I appreciated clean facilities like flushing toilets. Being single and an art enthusiast, the contrast was striking for me.

My stay was nice overall! The pool area was super relaxing and inviting. I loved the poolside snack bar – perfect for munchies while soaking up the sun. Only issue was the internet – it was kinda slow at times, which was frustrating.

the staff quickly arranged our taxi for a 4am departure. the air conditioning unit was a bit inconsistent.

The staff was solid and really attentive I gotta say. The bar snacks are huge and can definitely fill you up. Also had a nice view from the rooftop dining area real chill vibes up there.

I recently stayed for 2 nights and loved the delicious breakfast and the relaxing pool. But the internet in the room was terrible.

Welcoming staff, convenient amenities, including a delightful breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelettes and fresh local fruits, made my stay enjoyable, while the clean, spacious room offered great comfort, and being just 13 km from the nearest airport made my travel seamless.
