I had a wonderful stay at Onsen Ryokan Yuen Shinjuku. The hotel's beautiful and traditional Japanese architecture really impressed me. The onsen on the top floor was a perfect way to unwind after exploring Tokyo all day. The staff were polite and the facilities were kept impeccably clean.

The housekeeping staff does an excellent job, cleaning the room and changing all the sheets and towels without even needing to be asked. The convenience of having a Seven11 right across from the onsen is a big plus.

the view from the onsen was breathtaking, and the free ice blocks were a refreshing touch. the location was convenient, with easy access to stations and the main shopping area. the rooms were immaculately clean and had a gorgeous Japanese design, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke English well. The hotel was very clean and well-designed, maximizing on space. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the heart of the city and Golden Gai. The rooftop onsen provided a fantastic view, and the decor was classy. Additionally, there were plenty of food options on the street and a 7/11 convenience store just across from the hotel.

As women traveling alone, we loved the zen ambiance and helpful staff. The onsen on the rooftop was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to metro stations and plenty of local places to eat and drink nearby.

They gave great recommendations for local food and places to visit. the room, although small, was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillows. the city view from the room was absolutely stunning. the highlight of the stay was the rooftop onsen, which had an amazing view from the 18th floor. It was a great value as it was included in the hotel amenities, and we didn't even have to leave the property to enjoy it.

The room size was a bit small, and there was no communal area to relax in. the window in the room was also quite small, which made the room feel a little dark.

I appreciated the small street where it is located as it gave a quieter atmosphere. The room was clean and cozy, and the bathroom had a removable hose which made showering with my child very easy. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was amazing. Plus, the view from the top floor was breathtaking. The only downside was the lack of communication with non-Japanese speakers.

Secondly, the attention to detail is superb, with basic amenities that cater to all your needs. The location on the 11th floor gives you an amazing view of Shinjuku City, and being perfectly close to everything makes it even better. Lastly, the staff provides excellent service, ensuring that check-in and check-out are fast and simple.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially when I lost my bag on the train. One staff member went above and beyond to assist me in locating it. the hotel had a great location with easy access to two metro stations. the room, although small, was comfortable and had a beautiful view from the 13th floor. the highlight of our stay was definitely the breathtaking onsen bath on the top floor. the view of the Shinjuku skyline while soaking in hot water was unforgettable. We also enjoyed the delicious Japanese breakfast and the comfortable yukata provided. we highly recommend Onsen Ryokan Yuen Shinjuku and will definitely be back in the future.
