We had a great stay at Intercontinental! After diving in Utila, we needed a relaxing Saturday before flying home. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The doorman, Miguel, was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. The pool area was lovely, and the restaurants and bars offered a diverse and high-quality dining experience. The hotel's location was convenient, close to shopping areas. We felt safe throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the staff to the location, everything was top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located next to Multiplaza Mall, where you can find plenty of American stores and a food court. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the new bathrooms were awesome. The hotel facilities, including the nice clean pool and bar, were perfect for relaxation. The staff members were friendly and spoke both Spanish and English very well. We were also impressed with the diverse and generous breakfast options.

Spontaneous and Delightful Towel Creations

During our stay at the Real Intercontinental, we were pleasantly surprised by the creative towel creations left in our room each day. Norma, the housekeeper, went above and beyond to create a teddy bear and a swan made entirely out of towels, along with special personalized notes. It made us feel valued and added a touch of warmth to our stay. Despite a few minor issues with the spa and restaurant pricing, we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service. we had a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with the staff providing splendid service throughout our stay. the executive lounge was a great space for short meetings, and the service there was top-notch. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and cocktail hours, which were both fantastic. Additionally, the location of the hotel was key, with easy access to important landmarks and attractions in the city. we had a very enjoyable stay.
