Great location with beautiful views of the lake and the island of Tihany. Clean rooms with a nice view. Excellent and friendly staff in the hotel, restaurant, and at the beach. the food served was varied and delicious, with a good selection of meats, soups, and desserts.

The room we stayed in was a bit old and needed some additional cleaning, especially in the corners. the bathtub was also dirty when we first arrived.

This hotel is decently close to the lake, making it convenient for those wanting to enjoy some waterside activities. Additionally, its location near the boardwalk and shops adds to its appeal. The staff here are attentive and provide good service, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the wifi and air conditioning, are appreciated, and having a balcony on the 5th level is a nice touch. Plus, the fact that breakfast is included in the price is a definite bonus.

The breakfast was great with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location is perfect as it is close to shops and the beach. We also enjoyed the free sauna for hotel guests.

The swimming pool was too cold and the food was quite fatty with some options being salty and disgusting. the cleaning staff missed our room twice and there was a problem with too many elderly people in the dining area.

The hotel is located at the end of a beautiful promenade, within walking distance of the city center. The accommodation was clean and the staff was friendly. The building has a nostalgic feel. Prices for rooms with half pension outside of high season are reasonable and the food is good.
