The hotel had beautiful and stylish decor, especially during the Christmas season. the location was fantastic, right next to a major landmark that was easily visible from afar. the staff, particularly Szilvia, provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to offer helpful recommendations for dining and activities.

The service was divided among multiple staff members, which resulted in long waiting times and felt unusual for a 5-star hotel. the divided service tasks, such as one person seating you, another bringing the menu, and a different person taking your order, caused delays and inconvenience.

The rooftop bar had a breathtaking view of St Stephen's Basilica, and the evening wine and snacks in the lobby were a nice touch. We especially loved the handy device provided in the room, which had free internet, GPS, and the ability to call anywhere in the world for free. our stay at Aria Hotel was nothing short of amazing.
