Stunning and elegant hotel in a historical building. the whole atmosphere is friendly and the staff is extraordinary. the room was light, spacious, and beautifully decorated. the breakfast was superb and the staff was extremely helpful. the lobby is magnificent and a must-see. the New York Cafe is a great place to stop and enjoy a pastry and hot chocolate.

The additional services were expensive. the spa facilities could use some improvement, such as having organized hangers for towels near the sauna and benches/hangers near the pool.

Staying at this magnificent hotel is an experience like no other. The location was perfect as it was surrounded by some of the best restaurants in town, even comparable to those mentioned in the Michelin Guide. Visiting famous landmarks and getting over to the Buda side across the river was never a hassle. The room was spacious, with a huge marble bathroom and the service was top-notch, just like one would expect at a 5-star hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive, and offered something for everyone, from local delicacies to international fare. The view from the room was breathtaking.

We faced some issues with the SPA due to renovations, and it was closed early, but that was understandable.
