i recently stayed at a hampton inn in thousand oaks, and it really exceeded my expectations! the room was spacious with clean amenities and a huge shower. The breakfast selection was great. i especially appreciated the helpful staff who made my holiday relaxing.

the elevator was a bit slow during peak times.

I had a pleasant stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Thousand Oaks! The breakfast was substantial with good options to fuel up for the day. The room was comfortable with nice touches like air conditioning and a private bathroom packed with complimentary toiletries. It was in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping centers, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was helpful and the space was clean and tidy, which made for a relaxing experience.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky initially.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and included a fridge and microwave, which made snacks a whole lot easier. Free coffee around the clock was a nice touch, especially during those early morning missions.

However, I ran into some annoyances during my stay. I encountered noise issues from neighboring rooms that disrupted my downtime. The lack of adequate maintenance was also noticeable, particularly with the HVAC unit that took a bit to adjust correctly. On top of that, I had to deal with unexpected parking fees that felt like an unnecessary upcharge, and the cleanliness of the common areas didn’t quite meet expectations on some days.

The king room was spacious with a fridge and microwave. Free coffee 24/7 was a great bonus. I loved the clean vibe and easy check-in!

The parking fee was a sneaky little surprise, and I woke up with bug bites—my room turned into a wildlife preserve. Yikes!

the location is ideal, just behind a walmart and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast was fantastic, with numerous healthy options and homemade entrees. the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi were delightful.

the front desk could improve communication skills. 🤔
