The room was exactly like in the pictures, with a spectacular view. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of products. The staff was friendly and helpful with good English speaking skills.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning! We had a perfect vantage point of the river, the Parliament building, and the Chain Bridge. It felt like we were in a movie. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The lack of blackout blinds in the room. It made it difficult to sleep in past sunrise, as light flooded into the room in the morning.

The location could not have been better, with a stunning view of the river and the impressive parliament building just across from us. Being on the Buda side of the river, we were also conveniently located below the castle. The hotel provided excellent service, with room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry services available. We were particularly impressed with the airport shuttle service, which made our journey to and from the hotel seamless. The room amenities were superb, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The on-site dining options were also fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a delicious buffet breakfast and special diet menus.

My family and I recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Victoria and we had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, right on the Danube with stunning views of the Parliament and Chain Bridge. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options including made-to-order eggs. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Eva who provided us with valuable advice for our arrival by train. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Budapest.
