delicious room service, fantastic breakfast selection

the sofa bed was super uncomfortable,, i could feel the springs! but the view from our room of the danube was breathtaking 🌅, the staff arranged connecting rooms for us, and the location was perfect for exploring!

Oh wow, the views from my room were, like, totally to die for! I was just chilling there, soaking in the castle and river at night. The gym? Super legit—like, totally could get my swole on! Hard as a rock! So ouch, like, watch out if ya need it!

The hotel had beautiful views of the Danube , especially at night. The big bathroom was impressive, and accessibility to transportation made exploring easy. Overall , a fantastic experience!

Staying in a deluxe room with a stunning view of the Danube was a highlight, especially at sunset. The breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, especially with traditional Hungarian options. However, the elevators were often slow during peak times, which was inconvenient. Additionally, while the room was generally well-equipped, it was missing a few amenities I expected for a hotel of this caliber. The location was fantastic for sightseeing, with easy access to many of the city’s attractions.

Consider visiting the rooftop lounge for fantastic views and light meals. it's a great way to unwind after exploring the city.

The elevators lack efficiency, creating frustrating delays!!! The gym does not meet fitness expectations regarding size and equipment!!! Room upgrades were poorly handled and not communicated at check-in, causing confusion!!! Attention to cleanliness is needed, as standards seem low!!!

Our family of four had a cozy stay, enjoying river views, welcoming staff, and an excellent club lounge experience with incredible beverage service throughout the day. Highly recommend!

Staying here was fantastic for our family, especially with the stunning views of the Danube River from our room. The kids loved the quick access to the outdoor spaces, and the nearby restaurants and chic shopping made it so convenient for us to unwind after a busy day of exploring. The staff were helpful and arranged connecting rooms for us, making our stay comfortable.

One downside was that the elevators could get a bit slow during busy times, which was somewhat inconvenient.

Excellent location with powerful shower. Luggage storage could be improved, but clean rooms.

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, I mean we had the Danube right there in front of us! ! The staff went above and beyond—one even brought us a bottle of champagne just to celebrate our honeymoon, totally made it memorable!

Sure, it wasn't the cheapest option we've had, but the experience justified the cost.
