The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent room service and taking care of our every need. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix and HBO. We also appreciated the small touches, such as the welcome drink and the bathrobes provided. the level of service and the quality of the accommodations were outstanding.

First visit to Budapest and had a fantastic experience! Loved the old-world beauty of the hotel, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance or a quick ride away on the metro or tram. Really enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast setup was a bit confusing as there was no kitchen on-site, resulting in a basic breakfast and limited seating area. Additionally, some items were not replenished promptly during breakfast, as it seemed that the receptionist was the only one working.

We got great value for our money with a big comfy bed, beautiful decoration, and a nice smell in the room. The location was excellent, close to all the tourist sites but still on a quiet street facing a cute park. The staff was incredibly nice and even greeted us with a free glass of prosecco upon arrival.

The décor throughout the hotel was beautifully done, adding to the overall ambiance. The staff was exceptional, offering helpful advice on exploring the city and making us feel welcome.

The only downside we experienced during our stay was the insufficient air conditioning. It was particularly noticeable on the hot days we were there, and it made the room uncomfortable at times.

Wow! The bubbles on arrival was a genius touch! The location couldn't be better! It feels like we're right in the heart of all the action. Plus, being able to order a taxi via an app was so convenient. The room we stayed in was stunning, we ended up upgrading to the deluxe suite and it was worth every penny! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious.

The lighting in the hallway was poor, which made it a bit difficult to see where we were going. We were hoping for a lively bar scene, but unfortunately, there was only a limited selection.
