The location of the hotel was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the rainforest and experience the natural beauty of the area. The organized tours provided by the hotel were well-planned and informative, with knowledgeable guides who made the experience enjoyable. One of the best aspects was being able to see a wide variety of wildlife, including sloths, toucans, monkeys, and even snakes and lizards.

The rooms we stayed in were noisy, making it difficult to sleep and enjoy the peacefulness of the rainforest. Additionally, the process of getting on and off the boat to reach the hotel was cumbersome, especially when dealing with muddy conditions.
